    A prelude to our Spring tasting box release - This is a half and half of our signature tarts - Yuzu Mango and Chocolate Whisky Pecan, and the two latest addition from our "Spring" box - Hazelnut passionfruit and Pistachio raspberry.  

    I Signature Kochi Yuzu Mango Tart 
    Kochi yuzu crémeux, Mango pomelo compote, Madagascan vanilla chantilly, Vanilla almond frangipane, Lemon confit, Fresh herb

    II Signature Chocolate Whisky Pecan Tart*
    Valrhona dark chocolate ganache, Pecan praline, Glenfiddich whisky whipped ganache, Valrhona 62% namelaka, Toasted pecan

    III Gianduja Passionfruit (Hazelnut)*
    Valrhona gianduja ganache, Salted hazelnut feuilltine crunchie, Passionfruit mousse, Toasted hazelnuts

    IV Pistachio Raspberry*
    Pistachio cremeux, Raspberry confit, Almond frangipane, Opalys lime whipped ganache, Toasted pistachio crunch

    Note:
    All tart and entremets are ~8cm in size. Serves 4 - 6pax.

A brief note from us

  • Order lead time

    All orders are to be placed at least 2 working days before the intended date of delivery/collection. Number cakes would require 7 working days.

  • Storage

    All pastries should be stored in a refrigerator / chilled within 30 - 40 mins of self-collection.

  • Pastry Life

    We recommend consuming the pastries chilled on the same day for the best taste and texture. Leftovers can be kept for up to 2 days from the date of delivery.

  • Delivery and Collection

    Delivery is available Tues to Sun, between 12pm - 6pm only. We do not provide specific timing drops. For self-collection, kindly refer to FAQ for details on timeslot.
