Q: How should the pastries be stored?
All pastries are to be kept chilled in a refrigerator (between 1 - 4ºC) as soon as possible upon self-collection or delivery.

Q: How long can the pastries be kept for?
Our pastries are made with the freshest cream, fruits and quality ingredients. We highly recommend consuming them on the same day for the optimal freshness, taste and texture. Leftovers can kept for up to 2 days from the date of delivery (e.g. Cake delivered on Mon, kept up to Wed night)

Q: How should the pastries be consumed?
The only "rule" we have is to consume our pastries chilled, simply for the best taste and texture. Other than that, make yourself a nice cup of tea or coffee, find yourself a nice comfy space, and consume them however way you'd like. It's your time, enjoy it. :)

Q: How early in advance should I place my order?
All orders are to be placed at least 2 working days before the intended date of delivery/collection. Number cakes would require 7 working days.
Drop us an enquiry under “Contact” should you need a pastry urgently, or have an event request. Our team will do our best to respond to you soonest.

Q: Can I change my order date?
All orders placed are final. Changes to order or dates will be subject to additional of at least $5.

Q: What is the serving size of your pastries?
Below is our recommended serving size and guide.
- Tasting box of 4: Serves 4 - 8 pax
- 6” / 16cm : Serves 6 - 8pax
- 7” / 18cm: Serves - 8 - 10pax
- 8” / 20cm: Serves - 8 - 12pax
- Number cake (3.8kg) : Serves 35 - 45 pax (~100g per pax) -
Q: Do you do any customised products, tarts or cakes?
We love gifts with a personalised touch and will do our best to meet your request. Drop us an enquiry under “Contact” with your event details and requirement, and we will get back to you within 2 - 3 working days.

Q: Do you provide any birthday toppers and candles?
Yes, we provide 1 complimentary birthday topper and candle per order. Please indicate under "Add-on" when placing your order. Additional topper(s) or knives are available at $1.50 SGD each.

Q: Are you halal certified?
Unfortunately, we are not halal-certified as some of our products contain alcohol. However, we use fish gelatine in all of our products and does not contain any traces of pork / lard / pork gelatine.
Delivery

Q: Do you offer delivery services?
Yes, delivery services are available from Tuesday to Sunday. The delivery window will be anytime between 12pm to 6pm.

Q: Do you offer specific timing delivery drops?
Unfortunately, we are not able to commit to a specific time delivery drop timing. All our deliveries will be done within a window of 12 - 7pm. However, you may arrange for your own courier pick up from our studio within our collection hours.

Q: How much is delivery?
We offer 3 delivery rates depending on the location.
1. Standard delivery: $16 per location
2. Delivery to CBD area*, town and shopping malls : $21 per location
(*CBD and Orchard area includes: Marina Bay, Bayfront, Raffles place, City Hall, Shenton way, Robinson road, Cecil street, Havelock road, Tanjong pagar, Chinatown, Anson subzones, Outram Park, Tiong Bahru Downtown core, Rivervalley, Dhoby Ghaut, Somserset, Bras Basah)3. Delivery to Sentosa, Jurong and Changi Airport: $25 per location
4. Festive surcharge of $5 applies per location.
Deliveries on eve of PH / PH are subject to additional fees.

Q: Are there any places that you do not deliver to?
We are unable to deliver to the following locations: Military bases / camps, Immigration customs and Tuas. You may drop us an enquiry if you’re uncertain about your desired location, and we will check with our delivery partners.
Self Collection

Q: Can I self-collect my orders?
Yes, self collection is available from our studio at 1 Irving Place #02-21 Singapore 369546. Kindly note the collection timings are:
- Tue to Fri: 12pm - 4pm only
- Sat & Sun: 11.30am - 12.30pm only
We’d greatly appreciate if you can be punctual for the self-collection. Thank you. :)

Q: How long can the pastries be left out after self-collection?
Our pastries contain fresh cream, mousses and fruits. Kindly keep them chilled and store them in a refrigerator within 30 - 45 mins of self-collection.

Q: Can I arrange my own courier services for self-collection?
Yes you may. However, please ensure that:
1. the collection is scheduled within our self-collection timing
2. only arrange for car-collections as our pastries are delicate and requires a chilled transportation environment.We will not be liable for damage(s) for self-arranged collections.

Q: What is the nearest MRT station?
We are located just 1 - 2 mins walk away from Tai Seng MRT station.

Q: Is there a parking or drop-off point at the collection place?
Yes, there is loading bay on the ground floor of the building where you may park your vehicle temporarily at your own discretion. Please maintain safety and assess the traffic / parking condition before parking your vehicle. Otherwise, there are ample parking lots on level 3 and 4 of the building (with a 10 mins grace period).

Q: Do you provide cooler bags for self-collection?
We currently do not provide cooler bags for self-collection. Only a mini ice pack will be provided. You may bring along your own cooler bag(s) / additional ice pack(s) if preferred.
Corporate Orders, Events & Weddings

Q: Do you take up corporate orders, weddings and events?
We love celebrations, so YES! We certainly do.
